Amazon Sent the Last Two Orders to the Wrong Address

In November, I bought two things from Amazon. The packages are being sent from Istanbul to Isparta, even though my address is in Istanbul. The first order, which was placed on November 25, 2023, was sent to Isparta but was later canceled because it was sent to the wrong address. Even though nothing has been done to fix the problem for more than 10 days, no refund has been given. Another order, this one from November 27, 2023, was sent to the same wrong address. I've talked to customer service several times, had four to five conversations, and even dealt with MNG Cargo on my own. Every time, Amazon's customer service tells me that the problem has been fixed and that my package will be sent the next day. But I found out today that my second order is also being sent back. The most recent customer service rep said they had talked to the manager of MNG Cargo, but the problem is still not solved. They aren't sending the goods or giving money back. To make things even worse, they tell me I need to place a new order if I still want the items. How can I place another order when the first ones weren't delivered right and I still haven't gotten my money back? I've written down what I said to your customer service reps, and it's clear that mistakes are being made by sending packages to the wrong address, which is annoying for customers. I'm going to take this complaint to more than one platform because something isn't being done to fix it.
