My first-ever Prime purchase has turned into a complete fiasco. I've been waiting for my order for over 20 days, with no tracking information, no contact number, and absolutely no support from customer service. To add insult to injury, I'm forced to communicate with the Chinese seller who simply tells me to "be patient." This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.
If this is the standard of service Amazon Prime Turkey provides, then I'm afraid they're in for a quick downfall. I've never experienced such a disastrous online shopping experience in my life.
