As a Prime member, I shifted almost all of my online shopping to Amazon TR due to their One-Day Delivery service. However, in my last two orders, the promised delivery time of one day was not met. In one instance, the courier allegedly came to deliver but couldn't find me at home, despite the fact that I live in Bursa's largest shopping center which operates from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Moreover, they didn't even call me. In another order, the One-Day Delivery service was not fulfilled within the promised timeframe. When I reported the issue to customer service, they didn't even acknowledge my problem and offered only to refund my Prime membership fee. The real issue is not the money, but the service I paid for and did not receive. In the last ten days, I've spent over 50,000 TL on Amazon TR on different days. Amazon TR should focus on delivering what they promise to retain customers, rather than just gaining new ones.
