Amazon.com.tr can no longer maintain its quality as before. Although the delivery date of the product I bought on March 16 is March 24, I still have not received it today, April 4th. The product seems to have been delivered to the cargo on March 20, but then there is no action. Although I contacted customer service many times, now without any excuse, they say it will be delivered on April 12, or we will refund your money. No sanctions are applied to the cargo company and my grievance is not resolved. I wonder when it would be delivered if I wasn't a Prime member.
