Hello, First of all, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that the product I ordered during the promotional period from Amazon was not delivered on time and the continuous delays and misinformation I experienced. Although it was stated that the delivery would be made on July 16th, the delivery date was postponed to July 18th. When I called customer service, they apologized and said that they would deliver it on Monday. However, when I called again on Monday, I learned that the previous person had provided incorrect information. It was stated that the courier company was closed that day and they couldn't communicate. This disappointment and loss of trust I experienced is so significant that my trust in customer service has been completely shaken. Since the package still hadn't reached me on July 18th, I called customer service again. In this conversation, it was shared that the product was out of stock and not handed over to the courier. They requested an explanation from the seller regarding their stocks. When I called again the next day, it was stated that the product was actually always in stock and had been handed over to the courier and that the previous person had once again provided incorrect information. Subsequently, I received an SMS stating that my package had been dispatched and I could track it through the link they provided. However, the courier company mentioned that they couldn't find my address when attempting to deliver the package and informed me that I could schedule another appointment for another day. However, at that time, I was tracking the package and it was just two blocks away from my house, and I received the message without any prior phone call. When I contacted Amazon again, they informed me that they had scheduled another appointment for the next day to deliver the order. On top of that, I waited for my package the next day, but it still didn't arrive. Following that, I called the courier company again and rescheduled for the following day. I hope this nightmare will finally come to an end and my package will be delivered tomorrow. The stress and disappointment I have experienced throughout this process have truly turned into a nightmare. Not only was my order not delivered on time and without any issues, but the constant misinformation and delays have caused a significant loss of trust. I demand that this situation be rectified and my order be delivered as soon as possible. Sincerely,
