Amazon Order Delay and Refund Issue with Tefal-Rowenta-WMF Product

I purchased a Tefal-Rowenta-WMF product from Amazon, sold by the Turkey-based seller. Despite the listed shipping timeframe, my order wasn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service, who claimed they’d contacted the seller. After a few days of waiting, the order still hadn’t shipped, so I decided to cancel. For a week now, the system has shown “canceling order,” yet no refund has been issued. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep stating that their policy requires a response from the seller within two days—yet it’s been over a week.
Each time, they promise to follow up with the seller, but I receive no clear answers or refund. Now, I’m being told it’s a “system error.” How long will this issue continue? My money remains with Amazon, my product is stalled with the seller, and I’m left in limbo. Amazon, please resolve this urgently and refund my payment.
