My Disappointing Experience with Amazon's Alleged Original Puma Shoes

I made a purchase of what was claimed to be an authentic pair of Puma sneakers from Amazon.com.tr, sold directly by Amazon. However, I have been consistently experiencing cracks in the leather of the shoes. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Puma, only to be redirected back to Amazon, the authorized seller. To my dismay, Amazon has been unwilling to accommodate my request for a refund or exchange. This entire process has left me incredibly frustrated. It is clear that Puma is producing subpar products, while Amazon fails to uphold its responsibility in supporting customers.
