Amazon Refund Delay: 120 Days Without Resolution

On June 8, 2023, I canceled and requested a refund for my order, #403-8954296-0839505. I'm still waiting for Amazon to process my refund today, October 9, 2023. It's perplexing that an e-commerce behemoth like Amazon has yet to issue a refund despite the fact that 120 days have passed since the cancellation and return request. What's more, the product page includes a note that says, "Seller has approved your return request." This experience has left me disappointed and skeptical of Amazon's customer service. I expected a faster response from a company of their caliber. The time it takes to refund my money is not only inconvenient but also concerning. I'm hoping to resolve this issue quickly and receive the refund that is rightfully mine.
