Amazon Refuses to Provide Serial Number for Stolen Sony A7 IV

The Sony A7 IV camera I purchased from Amazon 15 days ago was stolen. When I checked the invoice, I noticed that it did not include the serial number. Because of this, I am unable to prove ownership of the product for the theft report and official procedures. I contacted Amazon customer service about the issue, but they said they could not help. I am currently experiencing serious inconvenience and request that the serial number of the product be provided to me so that I can complete the necessary official procedures. I urgently ask for a resolution to this matter.
