I Still Haven't Received My Order On Amazon

I made a purchase on Amazon on March 20, 2024, with order number 408-1703355-9840349, and it was scheduled to arrive by March 22, 2024, at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, my order has not yet arrived, even though it should have by now. I'm having trouble locating a phone number to reach out to Amazon's customer service. Unfortunately, clicking on the tracking number in the order details doesn't provide any information either. I've been a loyal customer of Amazon for quite some time now, and I must say, this recent experience has caught me off guard. If I am unable to obtain information regarding my order or reach out to customer service, I am contemplating pursuing legal recourse against Amazon. I am not pleased with the way Amazon has handled this situation. Their behavior has been unprofessional, and it has left me feeling disappointed. I haven't been able to give the gift to my son, even though his birthday has already passed. It was meant to be a special surprise for him. I would appreciate it if Amazon could provide me with prompt updates.
