Amazon Falling Into My Certain Disfacor by Denying Refund Despite Picture Evidence
I ordered some soda from Amazon. When it finally showed up, it was all messed up, man. Like, there were leaks everywhere and the whole thing was damaged. Can you believe that? I quickly let the customer rep know and sent them pics of the messed-up item. Amazon straight-up said they wouldn't give me a refund for the product. Can you believe it? They were all like, "Nah, we need pictures of the packaging." Like, seriously? But, when I first talked to the representative, they didn't say anything about needing packaging in the photos. So, I snapped some pics without the packaging, and now they're saying it's not enough. This has been super frustrating...
