Amazon Denied My Return for Broken Honey and Gave an Empty Refund Policy Link

I bought honey from Amazon, and the seller was also Amazon. I received it today, but it arrived broken, with the contents leaking everywhere. I tried to return it and get my money back, but Amazon stated that my request doesn’t comply with their refund policy. This was very surprising, as I’ve trusted Amazon for years for reliable service. They provided a link to their refund policy, but when I clicked it, the returns page was empty. If I can’t cancel an order for a broken item, how am I supposed to trust Amazon in the future? This experience has made me question whether I should continue shopping with them.
As with other complaints published here, this complaint was also ignored by Amazon. I closed my account to condemn Amazon, which does not care about consumer complaints and Şikayetvar.
