Amazon's Delayed Resolution for Broken Order
On October 17, 2023, my order 404-2807137-9171557 arrived damaged. I immediately shared images of the faulty product. I've been looking for a solution for ten days. An Amazon representative said someone would come to pick up the product yesterday, but when I called today because the courier hadn't arrived, they said I should contact your courier company. There are various DCL procedures, and when I called again today, they said you were given incorrect information and that I should call and make arrangements. Amazon employees have been providing me with incorrect information and keeping me waiting for ten days. It is not my fault that the product arrived broken, and it is upsetting. They appear to be making a joke out of this. I'd like my money back. Please reimburse my money. Don't put me through any more ordeal.
I can't call a courier from the phone, the system doesn't allow it, it wants a desktop PC. You have troubled me; I've tried many times. You sent a broken product and made me suffer. Take back your broken product. I'm fed up. What kind of company are you? I paid money and ended up with troubles.
