Amazon Prime Order Fiasco and Empty Promises

As an Amazon Prime member, I placed an order on July 15, 2023 (Order No: 403-1014991-5387541) to take advantage of a special campaign. The product was shipped, according to the order and tracking information. There was, however, a message apologizing for the delay. Today, July 27th, 2023, I spoke with customer relations, only to be told that the product would not be delivered, and they casually claimed to have refunded my money. I understand that your company is large, and it appears that you no longer require small customers like us, but please be honest about it. You sold a non-existent product and made up a bogus shipment delay excuse. When I confronted customer service, their response was laughable, claiming that the product was in stock. Why not just send it without canceling my order if it's in stock? This entire experience has been a tragicomic circus of customer mistreatment and mockery of our intelligence. Remember, Amazon, that it is because of small customers like us that you have grown so large! Don't betray our faith.
