Emochi Chat Not Working Today With Loading Failed Error

I am a regular user of the Emochi mobile app and I really enjoy using the chat and the bots. However, today at around 22:00, all of the bots in the chat section suddenly stopped working. When I open the chat, I only see a “Loading failed” message with a “Try Again” button, and the service does not load. I would be grateful if you could share a brief explanation of what caused this issue and an approximate timeline for when the chat and bots will be working normally again. Clear and timely information would really help me plan and keep using Emochi with confidence.
