Umingle Ban Report

I am writing regarding a ban that was recently placed on my Umingle website account with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” The only message I wrote was “F or M” and I believe this may have been interpreted incorrectly by the system or moderation team. My Ban ID is ef1ac515 and the ban occurred a few hours ago. When I try to access the site, I see a screen stating that I am banned for “Gender Searching” and it also offers an option to remove the ban instantly for 34.99 SAR. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed manually, taking into account the context of my message, as I did not intend to violate any rules. Based on this review, I am explicitly asking for the ban on my account to be lifted without any payment, as I believe this was a misunderstanding. I would appreciate it if you could reevaluate this decision and inform me whether the ban can be lifted or if there is any other solution you can offer. Thank you for your attention.
