Amazon's Month-Long Delay in Refunding Returned Vacuum
On June 13, 2023, I ordered an electric vacuum from Amazon, and on June 19, 2023, I returned it to them in the box it came in. They started the return process, but after several days of waiting, they informed me that they would not accept the return. It's been a month since I returned the item, but they still haven't refunded me or returned it, and today is July 20th, 2023! If they do not provide a solution within the next few days, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Court. This online retailer used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but they have recently fallen short of my expectations.
