Amazon Still Hasn't Delivered My HP Victus Gaming Laptop
I purchased a computer from Amazon on December 28, 2023, with the delivery date set for December 29. Subsequently, I decided to upgrade to a better computer and contacted Amazon. Unfortunately, they informed me that the order couldn't be canceled as the product was already prepared. Instead, they suggested I refuse the delivery when the courier arrived the next day. I agreed to this arrangement. Today, on January 5, there is still no sign of the product, and it hasn't been delivered by the courier. Even if it arrives now and I decide to return it for a different model, the prices of other computers have increased. Despite daily communication with different Amazon representatives, no one seems to provide effective assistance. Everyone advises me to wait, while I am left waiting for a computer that hasn't shown up. In summary, due to these delays, I am unable to obtain a better computer, and the one I ordered has yet to be delivered. I am seriously distressed. While it is confirmed that the product is in the warehouse through surveillance footage, for some reason, the computer has not been shipped for a week. If delivery is not feasible, then the falsely advertised next-day delivery date is misleading. I am filing a complaint and demand the swift resolution of my grievance. Urgent delivery of the product is imperative.
They neither contacted me, nor did my product arrive, nor did they cancel it; my money is still with them.
