Amazon Canceled My Samsung S24+ Order and Now Wants Me to Pay More for the Same Phone
I spent ₺38,781 on amazon.com.tr to buy a Samsung S24+ and a few other things. When I checked my items the next day, my phone order was no longer there. I called customer service and they said it was canceled for "security reasons" and I would have to place a new order. Now, though, they want ₺42,999 for the same phone that's no longer in stock and in the same color. Even worse, I still haven't gotten my money back for the order I cancelled. I'm really let down by this whole thing. I want either the full price of my phone or my money back right away. I will not use this site again because of this terrible situation.
