Amazon Did Not Deliver My Order Claiming My 24/7 Open Workplace Was Closed

I purchased a product with the replacement Order Number 406-5587931-3548308 from amazon.com.tr, a platform I trust greatly. The product was ordered with the expectation that it would be delivered the next day. I planned my schedule around this promised delivery time to ensure I would be available. However, I was informed that the delivery could not be completed, with the reason given that the delivery location, a workplace open 24/7, was supposedly 'Closed.' This explanation is both unreasonable and frustrating, as there was no valid attempt to reach the location. I contacted customer service, but instead of providing a solution, they simply repeated the same claim.
