Amazon Delayed and Canceled RTX 4070 Order
On June 8, I bought an RTX 4070 from Amazon Germany via amazon.com.tr. Amazon didn't ship my order and on every support ticket they misdirected me. They said everything is fine don't cancel it just wait. And then they said sorry we sold you the last product which was defective, now you need to wait for our re-stock and we will send it to you. 1 week later they cancelled my order and refunded to me without asking or saying anything. The problem is our economy is collapsing and I needed to buy it fast. I wanted to cancel and buy from somewhere else but they said don't do it everything is fine few times in 1 month and cancelled it probbly just because of our economy and they didn't want to lose money. At the end of the story 1 month and 4 support tickets later i lost 7-8K turkish lira(300USD) just because I trusted Amazon as a customer. But they gave me a generous gift ticket "We will define a gift voucher worth 20 TL in order to compensate for this disruption." which equants to 0.77 cents. Order id - 402-7798981-9881109 This 20TL(0.77usd) gift card is a huge insult to both me and the brand after they misled me 4 times in 1 month. I say do not use Amazon.
