Amazon Didn't Deliver My SSD Product For 50 Days!
I bought an SSD on Amazon.com.tr on the 13th of September. The seller was Amazon Germany. Today is the 4th of December, nearly 2 months have passed, and neither my product was delivered nor the cost was refunded. More than 50 days! Can you imagine? The cost was nearly a quarter of my credit card limit. I cannot use it for 50 days, and my money is gone. During this time, I called Amazon call center at least 10 times, spending hours explaining what happened. They either said they opened a ticket or ignored it, saying, "talk to the delivering firm." I tried to connect with the delivering firm, but they directed me back to Amazon! It's like a nightmare! However, I will do whatever it takes to get my money back. I will sue them if I have to. I will share what they made me go through on every platform I can!
