Today is the 4th of December, nearly 2 months have passed, and neither my product was delivered nor the cost was refunded. More than 50 days! Can you imagine? The cost was nearly a quarter of my credit card limit. I cannot use it for 50 days, and my money is gone. During this time, I called Amazon call center at least 10 times, spending hours explaining what happened. They either said they opened a ticket or ignored it, saying, "talk to the delivering firm."
