Amazon Customer Service Keeps Delaying My Refund Process

I received an order from Amazon about 1 hour after purchasing it, but the product was too tight on my arm, so I immediately returned it. Today is the 11th day since the return, and I still have not received my refund.

For days, I have been messaging customer service representatives and speaking with authorized support agents, yet none of them are offering a real solution. I keep being told that there is a legal 14-day waiting period and that my refund will only be processed at the end of the 14th day.

I do not understand what right Amazon has to hold my money for 14 days, especially when I returned the product immediately after receiving it. This delay is unfair, frustrating, and causing unnecessary inconvenience. I want my refund processed and returned to my account without any further delay.
