Amazon Cheats Its Customers And Takes Money Under False Pretenses

I am an Amazon Prime member and I am writing to complain about four separate orders that were either misdelivered or not delivered at all, and about the complete impossibility of reaching a real person at Amazon to resolve this. The problematic orders are 112-8755239-3970615, 112-8688679-4177041, 112-7635425-2729869 and 112-2147104-2366654, all placed since early March 2026, with a total value of approximately 119.50 USD. Across these orders, Amazon’s system shows items as delivered, as delivered to the wrong place, or with conflicting and, in my view, false tracking and delivery information. In reality, I have not received the products I paid for. There is no clear way for me as a customer to correct the misinformation in the tracking and delivery records, and I am left without the items and without a straightforward way to request my money back. On top of this, the “request refund” option that used to be available in the order tracking section appears to have been removed, which leaves me without the usual self-service route for a refund. I have tried repeatedly to contact Amazon. On the phone system, instead of being connected to a human representative, I am met by an AI-driven voice that goes into loops and never allows me to reach an actual person or a meaningful solution. In addition, I spent nearly two hours in an online correspondence with a group of representatives, apparently based in India, through Amazon’s own portal. During this chat, I was kept waiting for long periods without any concrete resolution, until I finally had to close the connection, still without help. As a result, I feel that Amazon is hiding behind automated and ineffective support structures, while I, as a paying Prime customer, am unable to obtain any support or redress for missing or misdelivered goods. From my perspective, this situation reflects not only on Amazon’s management but also on its owner, who appears to enjoy the benefits of the company’s profits while customers are left struggling to obtain basic support and refunds. I consider it unacceptable that I have been charged for these orders without receiving the items and without access to an effective complaint or refund process. I request that the full amount of approximately 119.50 USD for the four above-mentioned orders be refunded to my original payment method without further delay, and that the misleading delivery information associated with these orders be reviewed and corrected. I also expect Amazon to provide a real, accessible customer support channel so that similar issues can be resolved promptly in the future, instead of leaving customers trapped in automated systems and long, unproductive chats with no outcome.
