I purchased products with same-day shipping from Amazon.com.tr (V816477 C816105) and initially chose this company for prompt delivery. However, I later deeply regretted my decision. They collaborate with AGT Courier, and surprisingly, they lack basic information about their couriers. It's impossible to contact the couriers, as all you receive are automated messages. Even their own couriers seem clueless about the situation. While the products seem to have been delivered, there's no communication or updates whatsoever. My advice to anyone reading this is to avoid purchasing same-day delivery products from Amazon.com because they won't deliver as promised. There's zero follow-up, and no customer service, and it's just a frustrating experience overall. I won't be dealing with them again. What a disappointment!
