Amazon Cancels My Order and Raises Price

I placed an order on Amazon for a Columbia men's Point Park jacket on September 8, 2023, with order number 171-7078064-7885908, totaling 4,391.29 tl. Unfortunately, they canceled my order, citing a price increase. I waited so long for this product, and now when I try to reorder, it's listed at 5,237 tl. This is unacceptable! I'm also canceling my Amazon Prime membership. Shame on a company that repeats the same problem as last year when the product's price goes up; they simply cancel the order. I want to reorder this item at the original price of 4,391 tl, but I can't find anyone to help me. I've called customer service multiple times, and they kept giving me the runaround. If my issue isn't resolved, I'll share my frustration on every platform. Don't shop on Amazon; consider Trendyol or Hepsiburada for a stress-free experience. Sadly, Amazon has lost its former quality.
