Amazon Canceled My Order of 7 Items Due to Alleged Unauthorized Access and No Refund
On October 18, I purchased 7 items from Amazon in a single order. The next day, when I checked the "Track and Manage Your Orders" section, I noticed that 5 of the 7 items I ordered directly from Amazon.com.tr were missing. I contacted customer service to report this issue, and I was informed that my order had been canceled due to unauthorized access to my account. However, just two hours before placing the order, I changed my password, which consists of a 28-character combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Additionally, I've been using two-step verification for the past 5-6 months, and when making the payment, I manually entered the 6-digit security code from my banking app.
With such strong security measures—28-character passwords, two-step verification, and secure payments via mobile data instead of WiFi—it's simply impossible for unauthorized access to have occurred. Customer service informed me that the payment would be refunded, but I have yet to receive the refund, and as a result, I couldn't place a new order today. This purchase was intended as a birthday gift, and now neither the money nor the items have been provided by Amazon Turkey.
To make matters worse, I have a family that never believes me or treats me fairly, and when I explained the situation to them, they accused me of lying. This has caused immense emotional distress. I have always been a loyal Amazon customer, purchasing around 70% of my household items from your platform. Why was I treated this way? I feel humiliated, and the stress from this situation has driven me to the point of contemplating suicide. I even had to beg customer service to end the conversation when they were unable to resolve the issue. This entire experience has been devastating.
