Amazon Sent Me the Wrong Size Adidas Alphabounce+ - I Lost the Discount
On November 4, 2025, I ordered the Adidas Alphabounce+ shoes from Amazon. Although I selected size 42.5, I was sent size 42 2/3 instead. I contacted Amazon customer service about the incorrect item, but I only received an apology and no real solution. Because Amazon prolonged the process, the product I wanted went out of stock, and the discounted prices increased, causing the amount I paid to lose value. I am now requesting either the product at its original price or reimbursement of the price difference along with a refund. My order number is 407-4397373-7155534. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
