On November 4, 2025, I ordered the Adidas Alphabounce+ shoes from Amazon. Although I selected size 42.5, I was sent size 42 2/3 instead. I contacted Amazon customer service about the incorrect item, but I only received an apology and no real solution. Because Amazon prolonged the process, the product I wanted went out of stock, and the discounted prices increased, causing the amount I paid to lose value.
