After 3 Months, Amazon Still Hasn't Delivered My Missing Shoe Order


The Amazon app is driving me crazy. I ordered a pair of shoes three months ago, but I still don't have them. We haven't been able to get in touch with them because they don't answer their texts and their phone lines are always dead. I don't understand why they don't talk to me or call me back when they say they will. I've sent a lot of emails, and all of them got canned replies. I've never spent so much time and energy shopping before. I've had enough; this is the worst thing I've ever seen. Even scammers are more helpful than this—at least they answer the phone and talk on the second try.
