The Amazon app is driving me crazy. I ordered a pair of shoes three months ago, but I still don't have them. We haven't been able to get in touch with them because they don't answer their texts and their phone lines are always dead. I don't understand why they don't talk to me or call me back when they say they will. I've sent a lot of emails, and all of them got canned replies.
