My Amazfit GTR 2 failed very quickly

My Amazfit GTR 2, which I purchased in July 2022, stopped working properly in December. During this entire process, I made sure to use the product in a conscientious and careful manner. I took the product in question to the authorized service that was recommended to me by customer service; however, despite the fact that the warranty period was still in effect, I was required to pay for the necessary repairs. I don't understand why I have to pay for a product that is guaranteed. I demand that the product be fixed or replaced without charge.
