In September 2023, I ordered the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Essential 2 in 1 from Hepsiburada under order number 680413567. The device no longer charges after a month of use due to a problem with the ball bracket. I sent Hepsiburada a video explaining the issue. Despite the valid warranty, I was informed that the malfunction is the result of a battery problem, and that the cost of replacement is 2,403 ₺. I paid the fee, but the device is still not operational after being sent and returned three times. I don't want to send it again because there's a chance it'll get damaged in transit. The packaging was damaged, according to a Xiaomi representative. I demand that the faulty device, for which I have already paid for repairs, be replaced with a new one under warranty.
