Due to the issue with the Amazfit Gtr 3 Pro device, I submitted the product under warranty. They informed me that the Evofone Ankara Authorized Technical Service, their designated technical service provider, was unable to repair the product. Instead, they offered to refund the purchase price from two years ago. However, I cannot replace the product at the same cost from two years ago. The current market price for the product is between ₺4000-₺4500, but the company is refunding only ₺2500. Evofone Ankara Authorized Technical Service must either repair or replace the product, but they have failed to do so. I urge Evofone Ankara Authorized Technical Service to address this matter ethically and do what I need.
