Allianz Refuses to Pay My Disability Compensation and Delays Updates

Due to an accident I was involved in on 18/11/2021, I submitted a permanent disability medical board report and filed a compensation claim with Allianz Insurance. Despite providing all the required medical tests and documents they requested, they have continuously delayed the process and prolonged my grievance since the date of the accident. Not only have they failed to make any compensation payment, but they also have not provided any proper updates. The only communication channel available is through their website, which is both insufficient and extremely slow. It has been four years since the accident, and no progress has been made. Isn’t there any consequence for this irresponsible conduct, which lacks any legal basis? Despite submitting all documents, including the board report, I am once again being asked to provide a new board report. It is not legally acceptable for an insurance company to repeatedly demand such reports at will. Each time I am required to obtain a new report, I suffer further both financially and emotionally. I respectfully request that the necessary action be taken.
