Allianz Refused My Travel Health Insurance Claim Without Explanation
I got travel health insurance from Allianz Insurance and sprained my ankle while abroad. Despite sending all the required documents, I have received no response and cannot reach a contact person. When I called customer service, I found out that the documents I submitted 1.5 months ago were rejected without any explanation. I asked for clarification, but they could not provide any specific reason for the rejection. There is no clear point of contact, no proper response, and no follow-up. Every time I call or write, I receive different answers and am repeatedly stalled with instructions to take new actions that lead nowhere. This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional, making me regret choosing Allianz for travel insurance.
