I want my money back and I'm telling everyone I know not to go with Allianz. I was met with dissatisfaction and anger when I decided to get supplemental health insurance from Allianz. They had a valid policy, but their callous disregard for my suffering was obvious. Despite the fact that my health prevented me from complying with their request for a statement and a letter, they persisted in pressing me for the information. It's disappointing that Allianz doesn't seem to care about its policyholders, and it lowers the company's reputation as a whole as a result.
