I purchased Allianz health insurance for my child, expecting comprehensive coverage. However, they refused to cover outpatient treatment and made no provisions for inpatient care, despite the fact that the policy stated unlimited inpatient coverage. Worse, they arbitrarily denied the requested provision fees, leaving me to cover the costs myself. Despite having a valid claim, I chose not to pursue it due to my personal circumstances. This experience with Allianz Sigorta has been extremely disappointing, and I am now skeptical of their services. Customers should be able to rely on their insurance companies to uphold their policies and provide the necessary coverage when it is required. I am a dissatisfied policyholder as a result of the denial of critical coverage, and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.
