Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance Fiasco
Today, I had a doctor's appointment at a private hospital in Manisa, and things quickly turned into a fiasco with my Allianz supplementary health insurance. The doctor requested some tests, so I went to the private insurance unit. I waited for 30 minutes only to find out that Allianz Insurance had put my case under review. Frustrated, I contacted customer service and my insurance agent, but they informed me that it would take 15 days for the review to be completed and a decision to be made regarding coverage. On top of that, I had already paid for the medical consultation. It's absurd that while I used to receive the same service within minutes from another insurance provider for years, Allianz Insurance has made this process a complete nightmare. I demand that the insurance company immediately abandon this practice and provide the coverage I deserve.
