Allianz Insurance Refused to Cover My Medical Expenses

I have been paying for Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance for my family of 4 for 2 years. I did not take advantage of any opportunities. While swimming in the sea during summer vacation, my left arm came off the shoulder with a reverse movement. Then it came out a few more times. During this period, I was on holiday abroad. They asked for my statement and MRI results. It seems that I went to orthopedics at MHRS once in 2018 with joint pain. Allianz Insurance rejected me as an undeclared illness. I had no complaints 2 years ago. They said the incident I experienced 2 months ago during the holiday period was an undeclared illness. If they do not recant from their mistakes, I certainly do not forgive them. They accuse me of lying.
