I purchased health insurance from Allianz, but when it comes to actual coverage, their promises fall flat. I received a message stating that my policy amount couldn't be covered. In the end, I'm left paying for hospital expenses out of my own pocket. If you're not going to fulfill the services you promised and we won't receive the value for the service we paid for, why deceive people with false promises? If I had known this would be the outcome, I would have chosen a different insurance company. I will never again consider Allianz as an option. I do not recommend them to anyone. It's disheartening when an insurance company fails to honor its commitments, leaving policyholders in a vulnerable position. Allianz needs to be held accountable for its deceptive practices and ensure that they deliver on the coverage they promise.
