Unauthorized Charges and No Customer Support at Aliexpress

When I tried to buy something on AliExpress, I ran into a big problem. Even though the system showed me an error message saying that my payment couldn't be processed, it still took $1 from my account twice. This is wrong. Even one unauthorized charge is against the law, and in this case, $2 was taken out of my account without my permission. Even more frustrating is that there is no phone number or email address for customer service that is easy to find. AliExpress also takes a small amount out of the refund amount, which is another questionable thing they do. I am very unhappy with this situation and think that these problems need to be fixed as soon as possible.
