AliExpress Order Cancellation, No Response, Money Stuck

Recently, I placed an order but had to cancel it. According to the app, it would take three business days to process my refund, but it has been longer than that and my money has not yet been returned to my account. Regarding my order number 8163607393310411, I've been unable to reach anyone. I have attempted to contact customer service via their app and website, but it appears that my requests for assistance are falling on deaf ears. I recognize that AliExpress is a large company with a large customer base, but this is no excuse for such poor customer service. I want my money back and I want it now. Until this issue is resolved and I receive my refund, I won't be using AliExpress again.
