Yemeksepeti Would Not Refund My Missing Big Mac Order

On 2 August, I placed a McDonald’s order via Yemeksepeti from the İstanbul Gürsel McDonald’s branch, which included a Big Mac menu. Although the delivery was made, my Big Mac hamburger was missing from the order and I both remained hungry and did not receive the product I paid for. At around 15:13 on the same day, I contacted customer service about the missing hamburger. I clearly requested either a refund or that the missing product be sent to me, but instead of resolving the issue they told me to “be understanding” and refused both a refund and a re‑delivery, even though neither the product was delivered nor my money was returned. The total amount of the order was 476.99 TL, and I find it unacceptable that I am being asked for understanding in a situation where I am clearly the aggrieved party. I request that the fee corresponding to the missing Big Mac be immediately refunded to my account or that the product be redelivered at no additional cost, and that this kind of problem not be repeated for me or other customers.
