AliExpress Customs Nightmare and No Refund Left Me Disappointed

AliExpress disappointed me greatly, my go-to marketplace for inexpensive and varied things has become a source of irritation and disappointment. I've felt powerless and unsupported by the platform's customs regulations and return mechanism. Customs is one of AliExpress's biggest challenges. My orders have gotten detained in customs many times, costing me a lot of trouble. This delay has been annoying and resulted in unexpected fines and penalties. I have never been refunded for faulty or undelivered orders. This makes me think AliExpress doesn't respect my money or take responsibility for product issues. A trustworthy site for economical items should have a reasonable refund policy. It's much worse that these issues are widespread. My friends and acquaintances have also had troubles with AliExpress, making them afraid to buy again. Now I can openly say AliExpress is unreliable for goods purchases, unfortunately, a promising platform has turned unstable and unsatisfying.
