SHEIN Delayed My Mattress Order Despite Successful Payment

I placed an order on SHEIN for a 14-inch Queen mattress from the seller Umattress, to be delivered to Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. The total amount of the order was 220.43 USD and the order number is GSU1R036T000601. I paid with my credit card and the order status shows “Paid”, but since 07/31/2026 SHEIN has repeatedly asked me for payment verification. I used the same credit card for all my items and I have sent the requested verification documents multiple times. Despite this, my order is still not being fully approved, which makes me feel unsafe and worried about whether I will actually receive the mattress. I also had a previous SHEIN order around August 2025 for tissue, bleach and laundry detergent that I never received, and this past experience increases my concern. I am requesting that my current mattress order be finally approved and processed without further delay, or that a clear solution be provided so that I can feel safe about my payment and delivery. I expect SHEIN to either ensure that the mattress is shipped and delivered as promised, or, if they cannot complete the order, to immediately refund my money to my credit card.
