Misleading Product from AliExpress

I recently bought wireless earbuds from AliExpress, but what I got was nothing like what was shown in the product pictures. Instead, I got a tangled mess of a neckband-style headphone that looked nothing like the sleek design I was expecting. I felt like I'd been tricked, so I started a return request right away, sent clear photos as proof, and waited for an answer. My desire to go back was turned down, and the reason given was "insufficient evidence." This made me confused and angry because I had tried hard to remember every detail of the false product. I could even give you the box back because I hadn't thrown it away because I knew I was going to return it.
