Wrong Item Sent by Dan Yuan Electronics on AliExpress – Refund Request Ignored
I ordered a product from AliExpress, and everything seemed fine during the purchase process. However, I received the wrong item. When I contacted the seller, Dan Yuan Electronics Technology Store, they refused my refund request, claiming there wasn’t enough evidence.
I filed a dispute, but I’ve been waiting for over a week without any response or progress. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable, and I’m left with an incorrect product that I cannot use.
I demand AliExpress step in, review my case, and ensure a refund or replacement is provided. Customers shouldn’t have to endure such poor service and unresponsive sellers. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
