AliExpress Electric Cleaning Brush Defective - Refund Denied Despite Video Evidence

I purchased an electric cleaning brush from AliExpress, but the product arrived defective and did not work. I contacted the seller, who refused to accept a return. I then reached out to AliExpress customer service, who requested video evidence of the issue.

I provided three separate videos showing the device not functioning, taken at different times. Despite this clear evidence, AliExpress deemed my proof insufficient and closed my complaint, sending me an email stating that my claim was not valid.

It is unacceptable that AliExpress is not standing behind the products they sell, and the refusal to offer a replacement or refund is a significant injustice.
