I ordered a product from AliExpress, but it turned out to be too small. When I tried to return it, the seller refused the return outright. Since I no longer needed the item, I proceeded with a return under the “no longer needed” option. That’s when the real trouble began.
The return tracking code they provided is completely incorrect, so I can’t ship the product back. On top of that, they never shared a valid return address. They’re not offering pickup, not giving me any shipping details, and they won’t let me cancel the current return and start over. I’m just stuck in limbo.
AliExpress support isn’t helping either—they told me to wait until July 19 and then file a dispute. Why should I wait weeks just to fix a problem caused by a faulty return system?
I’m extremely disappointed. This entire process is broken. I want to return the item, get my refund, and move on. AliExpress, fix your return system—stop wasting buyers’ time and money with useless tracking codes and unresponsive sellers. I demand a proper return address, and I expect this return to be processed without delay.
