About two years ago, I purchased a Stanley Polar Bear series thermos from a BİM store. At first, it worked without any issues, but after some time, it stopped keeping beverages hot or cold. Even though I continued to use the product under the same conditions and in accordance with the usage instructions, its performance noticeably declined.
Because of this issue, a service request was submitted to Stanley Polar Bear service. However, after their inspection, I was informed that no problem was found. In everyday use, drinks return to room temperature within at most two hours, clearly showing that the thermos is no longer performing its basic function.
Considering that the thermos worked properly for a certain period after purchase and only later experienced this drop in performance, I do not believe this is user error but rather a manufacturing or product-related defect. For this reason, I am requesting that my Stanley thermos, which I believe is defective, be replaced with a new one.
