Stanley Quencher 40 oz Tumbler Leaking During Normal Use
The Stanley Quencher 40 oz tumbler with straw that I purchased from the SuperStep store at Novada Tokat has shown excessive leaking during normal use. As a result, I returned the product to the store for inspection on November 19, 2025.
Although approximately three and a half months have passed, I have not been provided with any final decision, clear information, or resolution regarding the product. Even though the store manager stated that they had personally followed up on the matter, the process is still unresolved and remains uncertain.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, product inspection and repair processes must be completed within a reasonable time. I believe this period has clearly been exceeded, and I have therefore experienced inconvenience and loss as a consumer.
Due to this prolonged process and extended waiting period, I request a full refund for the product, which I consider to be defective.
